Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the goods have been delivered and accepted by the customer.
- We encourage customers to carefully review their order before completing the purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
We take utmost care in packaging and shipping. However, in the unlikely event that:
- You receive the wrong item, or
- The product is damaged, defective, or expired upon delivery,
please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with supporting photos and order details.
Resolution
If the claim is found valid, we will:
- Arrange for a replacement, or
- Provide store credit (as applicable).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Beauty products
- Clothing
- Books
